When the aroma of a home baked cake fills the house, the whole ambience changes from ordinary to festive. Bake this super simple yet super good looking cake to accompany your evening tea and bring smiles and warmth to a family evening. Believe me the cake speaks of your love ! lets celebrate family 🙂

3 cups all-purpose flour
2+1/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup milk
1+1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or all spice
1+1/2 teaspoons vanilla
5 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

This Is What You Do :

Heat oven to 175 degrees C. Grease and flour one 12- cup bundt cake pan or two 6- cup bundt cake pans. Beat all ingredients except walnuts and powdered sugar on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed 3 minutes. Stir in walnuts. Pour in pan or pans. Bake 12- cup cake pan for 45-50 minutes and 6-cup pans for 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy with a good cup of coffee or black tea !
