This low calorie, no fat recipe is amazingly flavourful. I’ve combined many of my favourite things in this recipe to create layers of taste.

The fish gets marinated in lemon and coriander blend and then is steamed till flaky. The cabbage leaves, get slightly soft but still stay crisp. The yogurt sauce binds all the ingredients together and adds freshness to the whole dish.

A very quick and easy recipe with few ingredients that are usually kitchen staples.

Place the cabbage bundles on the steamer tray or the wire mesh.

Blend all the ingredients of yogurt sauce in an electric blender, except yogurt. Stir the blended greens in yogurt and mix to make a sauce.
