“Tomatoes and oregano make it Italian; wine and terragon make it French. Sour cream makes it Russian; lemon and cinnamon make it Greek. Soy sauce makes it Chinese;garlic makes it good.” Alice May Brock
There are some things that are so easy to make that I think it’s unfair to our body to buy those in packaged and canned form. If our body just had to deal with natural foods made from scratch, it would be an easier task to keep a check on the amount of sodium we consume daily. High blood pressure, strokes and kidney diseases have all been associated with excessive sodium intake, and processed and bottled food is dangerously high in sodium. Many pickles and sauces can be made very easily at home…cost us less sodium, less money and are not even time consuming. This super easy and super fast homemade chilli garlic spicy sauce is multipurpose as it can be added to soups for a little extra heat, to salads as dressing and can accompany kebabs or fried snacks.
For homemade chilli garlic sauce:
9 cloves of garlic
2+1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
4 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons water
This Is What You Need To Do:
All you need to do is give it a whiz in the blender till all ingredients are combined( 1 minute at the most). What could be easier ??? It stays in the fridge for more than a week, that is if it’s not finished the very day it’s made.
