Ingredients:

1/2 kg boneless chicken
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons red chilli flakes
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
5-6 tablespoons lemon juice

This Is What You Do:

Cut chicken into almond size bites.

Heat maple syrup and water in a nonstick deep pan to a simmer.

Add ginger, garlic, red chilli flakes and salt.

Add chicken, cook for 4-5 minutes or till chicken is tender.

Add lemon juice and continue to cook till the sauce thickens to your liking.

Serve hot with pan sauce. Goes well with steamed rice, breads or grilled vegetables.
